鞍钢大型高炉喷吹烟煤新技术,于5月30日通过国家鉴定。专家们认为,这项技术达到了国际水平。其中,喷吹高挥发份烟煤和系统惰化安全技术达到了国际先进水平。这项先进技术将为冶金系统带来巨大的经济效益。鞍钢以煤代焦,吨钢成本可降低4.12元,一年可增加利润千万元。烟煤含炭氢化合物高,对高温生产有利,因此一级品率可提高10～20％。据专家预测,这项新技术在冶金系统推广后,一年可多取得经济效益3～4亿元。以煤代焦,喷吹烟煤,鞍钢可就地取材,还可减少对现有焦炉的压力。

According to experts’ prediction, this new technology can achieve economic benefits of 300 million to 400 million yuan a year after the promotion of the metallurgical system.
