编辑同志: 随着农业的发展,农药用量不断增加,在农村基层经常遇到农药中毒患者。《中国农村医学》杂志刊登了有关有机磷农药中毒的临床表现和抢救措施等文章,我反复进行学习,并写读书笔记,还根据农村基层条件准备了抢救药品和器材,随时准备抢救中毒患者。1986年11月17日长兴县吴山乡韦山村一位老年人,因误服农药而中毒,虽经某医院抢救,但由于病情急剧恶化,全家人在极度悲痛中料理后事。当我赶到患者家时,患者已穿上寿衣。我检查后,确认呼吸、心跳尚存,决定进一步抢救。于是,我就按《中国农村医学》杂志上介绍的原则和方法,积极进行抢救和治
