高原冻伤是高原寒区多发病之一，然而冻伤发生在１０月份的并非多见。我院１９９８年１０月收治了８例高原冻伤患者，而且伤情重，致残率高。现将其冻伤原因及教训分析总结如下，旨在提高进驻高原的部队指战员的防冻伤意识，积极采取有效的防护措施，进而达到降低发病率及致残
Highland frostbite is one of the most common causes of frostbite in the plateau, however, it is not uncommon for frostbite to occur in October. Our hospital in October 1998 admitted 8 patients with plateau frostbite, but also heavy injuries, high morbidity. Now the frostbite causes and lessons learned are summarized as follows, designed to enhance the anti-frostbite awareness of army officers and soldiers stationed in the plateau, and actively take effective protective measures to reduce morbidity and disability
