目的:建立眼用平衡盐冲洗液细菌内毒素检查法。方法:按照《中国药典》2010年版(二部)附录ⅪE细菌内毒素检查法进行试验。结果:眼用平衡盐冲洗液不干扰鲎试剂与细菌内毒素的凝集反应。结论:使用鲎试剂法检查眼用平衡盐冲洗液中细菌内毒素是可行的。
Objective: To establish a bacterial endotoxin test method for ophthalmically balanced salt flushing fluid. Methods: According to “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” 2010 edition (two) Appendix ⅪE bacterial endotoxin test method for testing. RESULTS: Oral salt flushing solution did not interfere with agglutination of limulus agents and bacterial endotoxins. CONCLUSION: It is feasible to use 鲎 reagent method to examine bacterial endotoxin in ophthalmic balanced salt flushing solution.
