广东是中国民主革命的发源地,是改革开放的窗口。百余年来,南粤大地名人辈出。名人在向社会作出巨大贡献的同时,形成了丰富的个人档案材料,它们不仅仅属于名人个人,也是人类社会的共同财富。1996年11月,广东省省长卢瑞华签发了省政府第4号令《广东省名人档案管理办法》。同年,省档案馆的名人档案征集工作启动。至今,已有200多位社会各界名人档案材料7000多卷(件、盘)收入名人档案库。为了进一步做好名人档案的收集、保管和利用工作,省档案馆2002年6月首次召开
Guangdong is the birthplace of the Chinese democratic revolution and a window of reform and opening up. Over the past 100 years, many famous people in the land of southern Guangdong have come forth. While celebrities make great contributions to the society, they have formed a wealth of personal archive materials. They are not only celebrities and individuals, but also the common wealth of human society. In November 1996, Governor Lu Ruihua of Guangdong Province issued the Provincial Government Decree No. 4 “Measures for the Administration of Guangdong Province’s Celebrity Archives”. In the same year, the provincial archives celebrity archives collection work started. So far, there have been more than 200 celebrities in all sectors of the archives more than 7000 volumes (pieces, plates) income celebrity archives. In order to further improve the collection, preservation and utilization of the celebrity archives, the provincial archives first held in June 2002
