1.临床资料 患者,女30岁,因停经2月,腹胀3天于2000年6月11日入院,即往月经周期规律,无痛经史。末次月经2000年4月11日。停经后无腹痛,10天前因早孕于当地医院行人工流产,吸出组织未见典型绒毛,未送病理。1周后复查尿妊娠试验阳性,B超提示盆腔肿块及盆腔积液,遂转入我院。入院检查:体温37.1C,脉搏80次/分,呼吸20次/分,血压105/60mmHg。无贫血貌,心肺无异常,腹部无压痛,移动性浊音(±)。妇科检
1. Clinical data Patients, 30-year-old female, due to menopause in February, bloating 3 days in June 11, 2000 admitted to the menstrual cycle, that no history of pain. The last menstruation April 11, 2000. No abdominal pain after menopause, 10 days ago because of early pregnancy in the local hospital abortion, aspiration of tissue no typical villi, not sent pathology. 1 week after the review of urine pregnancy test was positive, B-Tip pelvic mass and pelvic fluid, then transferred to our hospital. Admission examination: body temperature 37.1C, pulse 80 beats / min, breathing 20 beats / min, blood pressure 105 / 60mmHg. No anemia appearance, heart and lung no abnormalities, no tenderness in the abdomen, dullness of mobility (±). Gynecological examination
