本文通过115例类风湿性关节炎(RA)临床分析表明1987年美国风湿病学会(ARA)修订RA诊断7条标准对我国不一定完全适用。提出了我们自己的诊断标准。非甾体类抗炎药联合用药可以提高疗效,减少副作用。通过总结分析表明RA不恰当使用激素的情况十分严重,当引起重视。
In this paper, 115 cases of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) clinical analysis showed that the 1987 American College of Rheumatology (ARA) revised RA diagnosis of seven criteria may not be fully applicable to our country. Proposed our own diagnostic criteria. Combination of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs can improve the efficacy and reduce side effects. Through the summary analysis showed that the improper use of hormones RA situation is very serious, when attention.
