病原性大肠杆菌、耶尔森氏菌、沙门氏菌,志贺氏菌、空肠弯曲菌等5种肠道病原菌是严重危害人、畜的主要病原菌,其主要传播仍为粪口途径。国内曾对部分蔬菜、肉类等作了一些调查。发现均有不同程度的污染为探索上述5种肠道病原菌在有生吃习惯的蔬菜和直接入口的水果、冰糕、卤肉、糕点等9类食品中的生存状况及血清型别,以便找出预防的措施,我们于1987年在我市开展了此项研究,现将结果报道如下。
