为了模拟连铸过程中具有亚包晶反应的低碳钢的初期凝固现象,利用浸渍实验,测量了铸坯的二次树枝晶间距;利用有限元的一维传热汁算,求得冷却速度与二次树枝晶间距的关系式;探讨了传热阻力等参数对铸坯的冷却速度、凝固不均一度的影响。其主要结果是:(1)铸坯的冷却速度与二次树枝晶间距的关系可用DAS_(?)=621R~(-0.46)表示;(2)采用缓冷结晶器可有效地改善亚包晶碳钢的凝固不均一现象。
In order to simulate the initial solidification of mild steel with sub-peritectic reaction in the continuous casting process, the secondary dendritic spacing of slab was measured by immersion test. The cooling rate And secondary dendrite spacing relationship; discussed the heat transfer resistance and other parameters of the slab cooling rate, the impact of heterogeneous solidification.
