某钢铁公司烧结厂房竣工使用仅一年,1~4轴屋盖系统突然垮塌。从原设计失误、屋面积灰荷载远超设计值、施工质量粗糙等方面入手,通过对垮塌部分受损变形的节点和构件进行调查,对未垮塌的5~瑏瑣轴屋盖及整个厂房排架柱进行检测,模拟垮塌时屋盖系统的杆件内力和变形情况,并与现场垮塌部位的杆件变形特点进行对比,分析厂房屋盖系统垮塌的原因。从厂房工艺特点出发,提出垮塌重建部分的荷载取值、结构形式和支撑体系等方面的建议,对未垮塌部分的加固方案进行优化。最后对厂房使用过程中屋面检修、清灰措施的制定作了思考。
