听课是一种教师专业学习活动和教师的日常专业生活。作为教师经常听课,特别是听一些名家名师和优秀教师的课,汲取他们好的教学态度、教学作风和教学经验,提高自己的教学水平。这是提高教师专业素质的一条重要途径,是教师专业发展的需要。因此,在日常听课中教师要明确听课的意义、目的,清楚听什么,怎么听,重点需要关注什么,以此来提高自己的教学水平,让听课这项教研活动真正起到促进教师成长的作用。
Learner is a teacher professional learning activities and teachers daily professional life. As teachers often attend lectures, especially listening to famous masters and excellent teachers, learn their good teaching attitude, teaching style and teaching experience, improve their teaching level. This is an important way to improve teachers ’professional qualities and is the need of teachers’ professional development. Therefore, in the daily listening class teachers should clarify the meaning of the lesson, purpose, clearly listen to what, how to listen, the key need to focus on what, in order to improve their teaching level, so lectures this teaching and research activities really play a role in promoting teacher growth .
