今年以来,杭州市科技创新工作在市委、市政府的正确领导下和省科技厅的精心指导下,坚持以科学发展观为统领,认真贯彻省委十三届三次全会和市委十一届二次全会精神,以建设创新型城市、完善区域创新体系、发展创新型经济为重点,着力完善科技政策体系,营造创业创新氛围,增强区域创新能力,体现出六方面的亮点。
