本文阐述了我国石油企业发展循环经济中存在的障碍,对此提出了石油企业发展循环经济的路径:制定资源配置战略,提升资源潜力;深化企业内部改革,积极贯彻技术创新战略;建立绿色供应链;开展清洁生产;构建石油生态工业园区;建立产业/社会层面循环经济圈。
This article elaborates the obstacles existing in the development of circular economy in China’s petroleum enterprises, and puts forward the path for oil enterprises to develop circular economy: formulating strategies for resource allocation and enhancing resource potentials; deepening the internal reform of enterprises and actively implementing the strategy of technological innovation; establishing a green supply chain ; Carry out cleaner production; build a petroleum-based eco-industrial park; and establish a recycling economy circle at the industrial / social level.
