The General Infrastructure Industrial Bureau held a hydraulic and pneumatic product quality seminar in Yuci, Shanxi from February 3rd to 7th, 1985. Fourteen institutes were invited to attend. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Director Zhang Zhiying and delivered a speech. The meeting implemented the division of labor of the quality supervision and inspection units for hydraulic and pneumatic products and the 1985 quality grade system for the preparation (repair) of the work plan.
