目的分析在人工流产手术中,异丙酚联合不同剂量地佐辛的麻醉效果。方法将我院需实施人工流产的产妇200例进行随机分组,即对照组和观察组。对照组实施异丙酚联合常规剂量地佐辛麻醉。观察组实施异丙酚联合低剂量地佐辛麻醉。结果观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。同时对照组和观察组的术中麻醉效果差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论在人工流产手术中,使用异丙酚联合低剂量地佐辛可在取得较好麻醉效果的前提下明显提升安全性,有着较高的使用价值。
Objective To analyze the anesthetic effects of propofol combined with dezocine at different doses in induced abortion. Methods 200 cases of abortion in our hospital to be implemented abortion were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was administered propofol combined with conventional doses of dezocine anesthesia. The observation group was given propofol combined with low-dose dexrazoxane anesthesia. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). At the same time, there was no significant difference in intraoperative anesthesia between the control group and the observation group (P> 0.05). Conclusion In the abortion operation, the combination of propofol and low dose of dezocine can improve the safety under the premise of obtaining good anesthetic effect, which has a high value of use.
