随着我国科教兴国政策不断深入人心,高等院校的党建工作有了较大的发展,涌现出一批大学生党员。这一部分学生党员是未来的希望,是我党21世纪的生力军,是国民经济建设与社会发展的骨干力量。因此,培养他们能成为跨世纪的政治觉悟高、综合素质强的合格人才是高校党组织工作的切入点。 一、把好发展党员关。 学生党员的质量的高与低,来自入党积极分子的质量的高与低,而入党积极分子的质量又来源于党组织的经常教育和具体指导。对于如何确定入党积极分子,我们采取了四结合的方法:一是由各班团支
