牙齿是动物获取食物的武器;骨骼不仅是脊椎动物躯体的支撑结构件,还参与体内的生物化学反应,是血液的缓冲剂。牙、骨都是生物作用形成的矿物,对其进行矿物学研究,有助于探索动物和人体内的生物化学作用,促进生物矿物学和分子生物学理论的发展。六十年代以来,这方面的工作逐渐引起人们的关注。我们对收集到的10件动物和人的骨骼和牙齿以及鸟粪石作了系统的分析研究,取得了一些有意义的结果。
Teeth are the weapons for animals to get food; bones are not only supporting structures for vertebrate bodies, but are also involved in the biochemical reactions in the body and are buffering agents for the blood. Tooth and bones are all minerals formed by biological action. Mineralogy studies of them can help to explore the biochemical roles of animals and humans and promote the development of theories of bio-mineralogy and molecular biology. Since the 1960s, the work in this field has gradually drawn people’s attention. We systematically analyzed and collected 10 collected animal and human skeletons and teeth and struvite, and obtained some meaningful results.
