患者女28岁,因妊娠9周来本站门诊行人工流产术。术前妇科检查:外阴阴道正常。宫口闭光滑着色,宫体后倾后屈增大如孕60天,双侧附件(-)。术时探宫腔深10.5cm,即行人工流产术。手术经过顺利,吸出物与妊娠天数相符,未用宫缩剂。术后第2天阴道流少量暗红色血,轻微下腹胀痛,来站复诊。一般情况尚好,体温正常。妇科检查:阴道内有少量暗红色血,宫口闭,宫体软,后倾屈如孕60天
