患者为女性,16岁。1983年7月因左臀部脓肿、发热一月,浮肿20天入院。入院前一月突然畏寒、发热、体温达40℃,伴臀部痛肿,后臀部脓肿形成,切开引流,并应用青霉素、氯霉素、氨卡青霉素等治疗,体温有所下降,在用氨卡青霉素第12天出现高热、全身荨麻疹,血尿,先有面部浮肿,后全身浮肿,转入我院。查体:急性热病容,全身浮肿,全身皮肤散在的充血性斑丘疹,以躯干部为著,心肺,肝脾无显著异常,肾区无明显叩击痛,左臀部有4厘米长的手术切口,见有多量绿色脓性分泌物。血色素5.5g,红细胞210
