茶萎芽病在广东每年从5月份开始发生,6月渐趋严重,7~8月为发病高峰期,直至10月上旬病情下降。我们于1981~1983年分别在海南、英德等地作多点调查,发病率达27.88%。此病原菌主要侵害嫩芽,导致茶芽枯死,对茶的产量和质量有较大影响。从1981~1983年我们对此病症状、发生规律、病原菌的生物学特性、以及寄主范围等作了系统的调查研究。本文只对茶萎芽病菌的形态特征作一简要介绍和讨论,其余部分,
