“游资”一词来源于西方,英语叫HOT—MONEY,也经常译作“热线”,俗称“过江龙”,也有人形象地称为“金融鳄鱼”。这些鳄鱼游到哪里,那里就会兴风作浪。当鳄鱼走后,就会留下一片狼籍。所谓“游资”,更确切地称为“短期资本”。它包括现金、银行活期存款、短期政府债券、商业票据,金融衍生产品和期货期
