目的探讨IgM在多种上皮来源恶性肿瘤及肿瘤传代细胞系中的表达情况。方法应用组织芯片技术结合免疫组化SABC法检测IgM在10种上皮源性肿瘤及对应阴性组织中的表达情况,并通过流式细胞仪、间接免疫荧光法检测IgM在8种上皮源性肿瘤及Burkitt’s淋巴瘤(Raji)传代细胞系中的表达。结果IgM在10种上皮来源恶性肿瘤组织及部分对应阴性组织中均有表达,其阳性表达率分别为70.0%和20.0%(P<0.05);IgM在8种上皮来源恶性肿瘤传代细胞系及Raji细胞中存在表达,与阴性对照比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IgM在上皮来源恶性肿瘤及传代细胞系中存在广泛表达,其意义和机制有待进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the expression of IgM in a variety of epithelial-derived malignancies and tumor cell lines. Methods Tissue microarray and immunohistochemical SABC method were used to detect the expression of IgM in 10 epithelial tumors and their corresponding negative tissues. Flow cytometry and indirect immunofluorescence were used to detect IgM expression in 8 epithelial tumors and Burkitt’s lymphoma (Raji) passage cell line. Results IgM was expressed in 10 epithelial-derived malignant tumor tissues and some of the corresponding negative tissues, and the positive rates of IgM expression were 70.0% and 20.0% (P <0.05). IgM was expressed in 8 epithelial-derived malignant tumor cell lines and Raji There was a significant difference between the cells and the negative control (P <0.05). Conclusion IgM is widely expressed in epithelial-derived malignant tumors and passaged cells, and its significance and mechanism needs further study.
