青年职工作为事业单位最富青春朝气和激情理想的一个集群,他们有文化、肯思考,处于世界观形成阶段,但看待问题有时偏激,明显地表现出政治上的不成熟。他们的思想政治水平会对整个单位集体的思想认识和集体价值观的确定产生重要影响。因此,本文通过了解事业单位青年职工的思想现状和青年人的思想要求,从而找到适合青年职工的思想政治教育的途径和方法,通过提高青年职工个人素质、促进事业单位健康向上的发展。
As a cluster of the most youthful and passionate ideals of the institutions, young workers are culturally, willing to think and are in the process of forming a world outlook. However, looking at the problems is sometimes extreme and obviously shows political immaturity. Their ideological and political level will have a significant impact on the ideological and political awareness of the entire unit and the determination of collective values. Therefore, by understanding the current situation of young workers in institutions and the ideological requirements of young people, this paper finds ways and means of ideological and political education suitable for young workers, and promotes the healthy and progressive development of public institutions through improving their personal qualities.
