提出了基于光反馈多模半导体激光器的多信道单向混沌通信系统,数值研究了系统的同步特性及通信性能.结果表明,当接收机激光器与发射机激光器参数一致时,激光器对应模式间能够获得无延时的高质量混沌同步,并实现多信道实时通信;当激光器的内参数失配时,系统的同步性能和通信质量会受到一定影响,但在一定参数失配范围内,系统仍能实现较好的多信道混沌通信.
A multi-channel one-way chaotic communication system based on optical feedback multi-mode semiconductor laser is proposed, and its synchronization characteristics and communication performance are numerically studied. The results show that when the receiver laser and transmitter laser parameters are consistent, No delay and high quality chaos synchronization, and achieve multi-channel real-time communication; when the laser’s internal parameters mismatch, the system’s synchronization performance and communication quality will be affected to some extent, but within a certain parameter mismatch, the system can still achieve Better multi-channel chaotic communication.
