随着经济形势的发展,通货膨胀的现象越来越明显,它对房地产产业产生了不可忽视的影响,房地产业并不景气,持续低迷,购房率普遍存在下降趋势,这种现象不仅存在于一线城市,也出现于二、三线城市。国家对民生的重视,出台了种种调控政策以抑制通货膨胀进一步恶化。本文结合泉州市情况,对房地产业经济走向进行分析。
With the economic development, the phenomenon of inflation is more and more obvious. It has a significant impact on the real estate industry. The real estate industry is in a sluggish mood and continues to slump, with a general downward trend in the purchase rate. This phenomenon exists not only in the first line City, also appeared in second and third tier cities. The state attaches great importance to people’s livelihood, promulgated various control policies to curb the further deterioration of inflation. Based on the situation of Quanzhou City, this article analyzes the economic trend of the real estate industry.
