今年一月间,我院党支部号召进一步贯彻党的中医政策,大力开展西医学习中医运动。我院全体工作人员热烈响应了党的号召。在运动开始前,领导上把门诊中医内科和西医内科合在一个屋子里工作,中西药房也合在一处。原西药房工作人员只有两人,中药房只有一人。如果我们西药房人员不认真学习中药,对中药不懂不会,势必难以完成日益繁重的中药调配任务。因此我们三人根据党支部提出的“做什么学什么,边做边学”的原则,订出学习中药的计划,决心在这个西医学习中医运动中,力争上游。我们的行动口号是:“政治要挂帅,苦干又勤学,西药学中药,中西大合作,彼此互学习,创造新药学”。我们两位西药人员过去对中药没有一点基础,因此在头一个月内,着重在感
