2002年中国平安保险公司推出了公司董事责任保险,在我国法学界、保险界引起了激烈的讨论,学界的视角主要集中在西方发达国家公司董事责任保险制度的介绍和评析、我国公司董事责任保险制度存在的必要性和可行性、公司董事责任保险制度建构等方面。本文中,笔者主要针对我国董事责任保险制度内涵、存在的必要生等方面进行阐释。
