建国初期,中国共产党肩负起新的历史重任。如何实现执政党对国家建设等各项事业的正确领导,提高广大干部的执政能力,成为党所面临的一个新的重要的课题。中国共产党解决好这一课题的途径之一就是根据新形势的需要及其发展趋势,继续加强和改进党的干部教育工作。党中央采取了多项具体措施来加强、改进和充实对党员干部教育培训工作,以适应形势对执政党领导干部提出的新要求。
In the early days of the founding of New China, the Chinese Communist Party shouldered the new responsibility of history. How to realize the ruling party’s correct leadership over various undertakings such as state building and to raise the governing ability of the cadres has become a new important issue the party faces. One of the ways for the Chinese Communist Party to solve this issue is to continue to strengthen and improve the party’s cadre education according to the needs of the new situation and its development trend. The CPC Central Committee has taken a number of concrete measures to strengthen, improve and enrich the education and training of party members and cadres so as to adapt to the new demands put on the leading cadres of the ruling party by the situation.
