研究讨论了用半固态搅拌铸造法制造SiCp／Al复合材料的制备工艺，并对所制得的复合材料进行了分析和性能测试。结果表明：用多层螺旋倾斜叶片搅拌棒对熔体适速搅拌，可增加SiCp的复合量，使SiCp与基体间浸润性良好，且分布较均匀。
The preparation process of SiCp / Al composites fabricated by semi-solid stirring casting was discussed. The composites prepared were analyzed and tested. The results show that the mixing speed of SiCp can be increased by stirring the melt rapidly with a multi-layer spiral inclined blade stirring rod, so that the infiltration between SiCp and the matrix is good and the distribution is even.
