医疗行业因素较政治、经济、文化等宏观环境因素更加直接地影响着医院战略的制定,选择符合自身情况的竞争战略,获得长久的竞争优势,对医院的发展具有至关重要的意义。本文旨在通过五力作用模型来研究医疗行业结构的现状,对医疗行业竞争环境的分析,找出影响医院竞争力的因素,为改善医院的竞争力和竞争环境提供分析思路,对各医院的发展进行战略定位。
