一、前言激光技术是光学、机械和电子技术的复合学科,近年来发展很快。激光加工作为激光技术的应用在上海机电行业已引起重视,并取得了一些成绩。由于激光加工时间极短、热量无法传到工件内部,故零件变形小。当改变功率密度对,可进行不同的加工,现将其特点归纳如下: (1)平行性好,且为单色光的聚束,故能获得10~7~10~9W/cm~2的高功率密度,可加工高熔点、耐热、硬脆性等特殊材料。加工时间短,对工件的热影响小,并可通过透明体对材料进行加工。 (2)采用非接触式加工不会引起工具的损耗,也不会污染环境。 (3)由于在大气中进行加工,可自由地选用介质气体。
