目的测定冠心丹参胶囊中丹酚酸B的含量。方法HPLC法,YWG-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,10μm),流动相:(甲醇-乙腈)∶(甲酸-水)=36.7∶63.3,其中甲醇∶乙腈=3∶1,甲酸∶水=1∶29,流速:1.0mL/min,检测波长为286nm。结果丹酚酸B浓度在0.1~0.9μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998,n=5)。加样回收率为102.60%,RSD=1.19%(n=5)。结论本实验提取丹酚酸B处理方法简单,测定结果稳定可靠,可作为冠心丹参胶囊中丹酚酸B含量测定方法。
Objective To determine the content of salvianolic acid B in Guanxin Danshen capsules. Method HPLC method, YWG-C18 column (250mm x 4.6mm, 10μm), mobile phase: (methanol-acetonitrile): (formic acid-water) = 36.7: 63.3, wherein methanol: acetonitrile = 3:1, formic acid: water = 1:29, flow rate: 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelength 286 nm. Results The salvianolic acid B concentration was linear in the range of 0.1-0.9 μg (r=0.9998, n=5). The recovery was 102.60% with an RSD of 1.19% (n=5). Conclusion The extraction method of salvianolic acid B in this experiment is simple, and the result is stable and reliable. It can be used as a method for the determination of salvianolic acid B in Guanxin Danshen capsules.
