睾丸鞘膜假性纤维瘤,也称假性纤维瘤性睾九鞘膜炎、慢性增生性睾丸鞘膜炎(periorchitic pseudo-fibroma)是一种鞘膜多发性纤维瘤,属特殊性炎性改变。国内外,有关此病报告尚少。我院1986年8月收治1例,现报告如下: 患者,46岁,无何诱因右侧阴囊肿物10个月入院。病初,患者无意中发现右侧附睾头部生两个黄豆粒大小之肿物。入院前3个月肿物逐渐增大,占据整个右侧阴囊。无其它任何症状。查体:阴囊肿物约6×4
