本文介绍一套挤密砂桩施工质量监测控制系统．它以微机和ＭＣＳ—５１单片机为核心，能自动记录成桩过程的桩工参数，形象直观地显示成桩的动态过程．其主要特点是：能在现场及时发现质量问题，并作出技术处理．从而保证了挤密砂桩的施工质量．工程实践表明：本系统性能可靠，能有效、客观、真实地实施质量监控．
This paper describes a set of monitoring and control system for construction quality of compacted sand piles. It is based on microcomputer and MCS-51 single-chip microcomputer, it can automatically record the pile-making parameters of the pile forming process, visually and visually shows the dynamic process of the pile.
