目的探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇阴道置药对早期妊娠的疗效。方法随机分为2组,实验组采用米索前列醇阴道放药;对照组采用米索前列醇口服。两组同时均口服米非司酮。结果实验组完全流产率为98.2%,对照组完全流产率为89.9%。经统计学处理,差异显著(P<0.01)。实验组和对照组的排胎时间分别为3±1.5～4.2±2.1h,差异显著(p<0.01)。结论米索前列醇阴道放药较口服作用快、效果好、药量小、清宫率低和副作用少等优点,值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of mifepristone and misoprostol vaginally on early pregnancy. Methods were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group was treated with misoprostol vaginal discharge; the control group was treated with misoprostol orally. Both groups were oral mifepristone at the same time. Results The complete abortion rate was 98.2% in the experimental group and 89.9% in the control group. Statistically, the difference was significant (P <0.01). The time of rowing in experimental group and control group were 3 ± 1.5 ~ 4.2 ± 2.1h, the difference was significant (p <0.01). Conclusion Misoprostol vaginal discharge than oral effects, good effect, small dose, low curettage and fewer side effects, it is worth promoting the use of.
