目的用超临界流体色谱法测定碘帕醇的对映异构体。方法采用Chiralpak OD-H手性色谱柱,以CO_(2~-)甲醇(89∶11)为流动相,检测波长为242 nm。结果 R-碘帕醇在0.2~1.2 mg·m L~(-1)内线性关系良好,精密度RSD为1.2%,回收率为103.7%(RSD=0.7%),且R-碘帕醇与S-碘帕醇分离度良好。结论本法快速、准确、可靠、专属性强,可用于碘帕醇中R-碘帕醇的控制。
Objective To determine the enantiomers of iopamidol by supercritical fluid chromatography. Methods Chiralpak OD-H chiral column was used with CO_ (2 ~) methanol (89:11) as the mobile phase and the detection wavelength was 242 nm. Results The linearity of R-iopamidol was good in the range of 0.2-1.2 mg · m L -1 with a precision RSD of 1.2% and a recovery of 103.7% (RSD = 0.7%), and R-iopamidol and S-Iopamidol good separation. Conclusion This method is rapid, accurate, reliable and specific. It can be used for the control of R-iopamidol in iopamidol.
