研究了ZM5铸造镁合金微弧氧化过程中膜生长规律和膜的相结构及形貌特征,并探讨了氧化膜生长机理。在初始一段时间内,氧化膜向外生长速度大于向内生长速度。氧化膜达到一定厚度后,工件外部尺寸不再增加,而氧化膜完全转向基体内部生长。氧化膜具有表面疏松层和致密层2层结构,在NaAlO2溶液中氧化时,前者由MgO和MgAl2O4相组成,后者主要由MgO组成。疏松层中富集来自溶液的铝元素。
The film growth law and the phase structure and morphology of the film during the MAO process of ZM5 cast magnesium alloy were studied. The growth mechanism of the oxide film was also discussed. In the initial period of time, the oxide film grows faster than the in-growth rate. Oxide film reaches a certain thickness, the external dimensions of the workpiece is no longer increased, and the oxide film completely turned to the internal growth of the substrate. Oxide film has a surface layer of loose and dense layer 2 layer structure, oxidation in NaAlO2 solution, the former by the MgO and MgAl2O4 phase, which is mainly composed of MgO. Loose layer enrichment of aluminum from the solution.
