农农发[2015]3号各省、自治区、直辖市农业(农牧、农村经济)厅(委、局):根据《农业部行政审批服务标准化建设行动方案》《农业部行政审批服务标准化建设试点项目实施方案》安排要求,我部编制了《肥料正式登记审批规范》《肥料临时登记审批规范》《肥料续展登记审批规范》和《肥料变更登记审批规范》,现作为农业部第十七批行政审批服务标准发布,自2015年9月6日起实施。
(Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Rural Economy) (commissions and bureaus): According to the “Plan of Action for Standardization of Administrative Examination and Approval Services of the Ministry of Agriculture,” “Pilot Project of Standardization of Administrative Examination and Approval Services of the Ministry of Agriculture Implementation Plan ”, MOFCOM formulated the“ Regulations for Official Registration and Approval of Fertilizers ”,“ Regulations for Examination and Approval of Temporary Registration of Fertilizers ”,“ Criteria for Examination and Approval of Registration of Fertilizer Renewal ”and“ Examination and Approval Criteria for Registration of Fertilizer Changes ”, which are hereby promulgated by the Ministry of Agriculture as the seventeenth batch of administrative Approved service standards release, effective September 6, 2015.
