图书馆应尽可能采用开放资源进行服务,包括开放内容和开放软件等,充分整合各类资源,利用自己的资源和能力使图书馆的事业得到进一步发展。

As far as possible, libraries should use open resources for services, including opening up content and opening up software. The library should fully integrate all kinds of resources and make use of its own resources and capabilities to further develop the library’s business.
