目的了解某高分子医用制品项目存在的主要职业危害因素,为制定职业病的预防措施提供依据。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场监测以及基于国际化学品控制工具箱的职业病危害风险评价方法进行综合评价。结果该项目主要存在粉尘、噪声、丙烯酸、甲醇、高温、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺等职业病危害因素,除噪声强度超标外(最高93.4 dB(A)),其他岗位工人接触的丙烯酸、甲醇、高温均低于国家规定的职业接触限值。结论该项目职业病危害防护措施可行、有效,噪声超标岗位与N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺接触人员应加强个体防护。
Objective To understand the main occupational hazards that exist in a macromolecular medical product project and provide evidence for the prevention of occupational diseases. Methods A comprehensive assessment was conducted using occupational hygiene surveys, on-site monitoring of workplace occupational hazards and risk assessment of occupational hazards based on the International Chemical Control Toolbox. Results The main risk factors of occupational diseases such as dust, noise, acrylic acid, methanol, high temperature and N, N-dimethylacrylamide were included in the project except for those with excessive noise intensity (up to 93.4 dB (A)), acrylic acid, Methanol, high temperature are lower than the national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The protective measures against occupational hazards in this project are feasible and effective. Individuals exposed to N, N-dimethylacrylamide with excessive noise should strengthen individual protection.
