在高中篮球跳投技术课中采取分层次教学,使不同层次的学生能体验到成功的乐趣,充分尊重学生的个性,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高教学质量,具体做法是在课的教学组织形式、教学内容、教学方法和考核标准上都根据学生的不同身体素质,予以区别对待,并在此基础上总结出篮球跳投技术分层次教学有利于大面积提高教学质量,落实因材施教的教学原则,使所有学生的学习能力、学习兴趣、学习方法、运动成绩、身体素质、健康意识在原有的基础上有不同程度的提高。让学生变被动学习为主动学习,提高学生分析与解决问题的能力。
