旅游业的国际化发展动向,急需数以万计的高素质、复合型,具备国际视野、国际竞争力和良好外语表达能力的实用型人才。职业教育作为培养职业化人才的摇篮,需要将双语教学的理念注入旅游专业课程教学的具体环节中,才能满足旅游业发展对人才的需求,才能彰显职业教学的效能。基于此,对旅游专业采用双语教学展开探索,为更好地实现“一技之长+综合素质”的人才培养目标打下坚实的基础。
The internationalization of the tourism industry urgently needs tens of thousands of practical talents with high-quality, complex type, international perspective, international competitiveness and good foreign language expression. As the cradle of training professional talents, vocational education needs to inject the concept of bilingual teaching into the specific links of tourism professional courses to meet the demand of talents for the development of tourism and to demonstrate the effectiveness of vocational teaching. Based on this, bilingual tourism teaching is explored in order to lay a solid foundation for better talent training objectives of “skill and overall quality”.
