1989年8月7日17时,四川省奉节县港口监察大楼工地上,奉节建筑总公司一组民工正在休息,民工 A 坐在楼上无意将扣件抛下楼。下方是街心人行道,一名5岁的小男孩张某正从此处经过,被扣件砸中头部,当即昏迷。工地上的工人将他送到奉节县人民医院救治,之后家里又带小孩到万县市中心人民医院进行检查,诊断为“脑震荡”,直至1997年6月22日,经成都市华西医科大学附属第一医院治疗无效死亡,年仅13岁。经法医鉴定,小孩张某患外伤性癫痫、梗阻性脑积水,与外伤有关,死亡原因是颅内严重感染,导致脑功能衰竭。张某家长与奉节建筑总公司在协商无果的情况下,向重庆市第二人民法院递
At 1700 hours on August 7, 1989, a group of migrant workers at the Fengjie Construction Corporation was resting on the construction site of the Fengtai County Port Supervision Building in Sichuan Province. The migrant worker A was sitting upstairs and had no intention of dropping the fasteners downstairs. Below is the street heart sidewalk. The cause of death was severe intracranial infection and led to brain failure. Zhang Fang and Fengjie Construction Corporation handed over to the Chongqing Second People’s Court in the absence of fruitful negotiation.
