1995工程机械主要产品完成情况挖掘机2160台、推土机3000台、装载机15000台、平地机300台、铲运机1200台、叉车18000台、汽车起重机3500台、压路机4500台、凿岩机械气动工具总值9亿元。1996工程机械市场预计需求量 挖掘机4000台、推土机4500台、叉车25000台、汽车起重机5500台、压路机5000台、摊铺机300台、打桩机400台、凿岩机械气动工具13亿元。成都工程机械总厂“八五”技改项目通过验收该项目为液力变矩器卡特“一条龙”。这是国家重点引进技术消化吸收计划、新型推土机和装载机关键零部件项目之一。项目完成后,D6D、D7G推土机用变矩器和936、966E、980S装载机用变矩器可达年产4000台,国产化率40％,质量达美国卡特彼勒的IE标准的改造目标。
