目的 :用15N -甘氨酸作为示踪剂 ,探索在大鼠蛋白质代谢实验中 ,15N -甘氨酸的用药剂量和方法。方法 :实验以大鼠游泳为动物模型 ,观察了15N -甘氨酸的一次用药和连续多次用药方法的不同变化 ,以及 4个用药剂量的差别。结果 :观察大鼠整体蛋白质代谢情况 ,应采用多次灌胃方法 ;用药剂量在 4~ 6mg·10 0g- 1BW之间为宜。实际结果还显示 ,两组动物均为正氮平衡 ,运动组平均每天体重增长 1.75g ,正常组为 2 .77g。结论 :将示踪法用于大鼠蛋白质代谢的研究所得结果 ,较单纯使用氨平衡方法更加深入、准确。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the dosage and method of 15N - glycine in rat protein metabolism experiment with 15N - glycine as tracer. Methods: In this study, rat swimming was used as an animal model to observe the different changes of 15N - glycine once and several consecutive administrations and the differences of the four doses. Results: To observe the overall protein metabolism in rats, should be used multiple gavage method; dosage of 4 ~ 6mg · 10 0g-1BW appropriate. The actual results also showed that both groups of animals are positive nitrogen balance, exercise group average daily weight gain of 1.75g, normal group was 2.77g. Conclusion: The tracer method used in rat protein metabolism research results, more than simply using the ammonia balance method more in-depth and accurate.
