甲)材料及固定:哺乳类、两栖组织,包括甲状腺、肾、小肠、胃、睾丸;昆虫的精巢,肌组织;及数种植物组知,固定于 Carnoy 氏液,福尔马林液,Helly 氏液,或 Smith 氏液皆可。乙)试剂试剂 T:天青 A-schiff 液——溶0.5克天青 A(azureA)于100毫升漂白液内(见下)可保持数周,用前加100%偏亚硫酸氢钾(K-me(?)abisulfite)数滴。试剂Ⅱ:漂白液——1N盐酸5毫升;10%偏亚硫酸氢钾或钠5毫升;蒸馏水90毫升;新鲜制备。试剂Ⅲ:高碘酸液(periodic acid solu)——高碘酸0.8克;蒸馏水90毫升;0.2M醋酸钠10毫升;新鲜配制。试剂Ⅳ:硷性复红 schiff 液——根据 Stowell 氏法(1945)配制,溶液置冰箱内可保持数月。

Add 100% potassium metabisulfite (K) before use. A few drops of -me (?)abisulfite). Reagent II: Bleach - 1 N hydrochloric acid 5 ml; 10% potassium metabisulfite or sodium 5 ml; distilled water 90 ml; freshly prepared. Reagent III: Periodic acid solu 0.8 g of periodate; distilled water 90 ml; 0.2 M sodium acetate 10 ml; freshly prepared. Reagent IV: An iridescent red schiff solution—prepared according to Stowell’s method (1945). The solution can be kept in the refrigerator for months.
