选矿厂改进的目标是增加日处理能力1,800吨,提高铅的年生产能力21,800吨。建造新的装置和改善现有的设备,以适应扩大生产的需要。选矿厂改善与改进工作,主要限于4个方面:物料运送;磨矿回路的自动化;提高浮选能力以及精矿脱水能力。平均磨矿给矿速率是250—270吨/时,但安装磨矿控制系统以后,磨矿平均给矿速率将成为300—310吨/时)。就铅精矿品位和锌精矿回收率方面,阐述了扩建和改进前后的生产与选矿结果。
The goal of the beneficiation plant is to increase the daily processing capacity by 1,800 tons and raise the annual production capacity of lead by 21,800 tons. Build new installations and improve existing equipment to meet the need to expand production. Concentrator improvement and improvement work, mainly limited to four aspects: material handling; grinding circuit automation; improve flotation capacity and concentrate dehydration. The average ore feed rate is 250-270 t / h, but after the grinding control system is installed, the average ore feed rate will be 300-310 t / h.
