医院对档案管理意识不强,收集利用效率低,制度不健全,档案管理人员业务水平、现代化管理水平不高,硬件设备投入不足。做好档案管理工作领导要重视,建立档案管理的各项规范。不断提高档案人员素质。投入资金加强软硬件建设,加速档案信息化的建设,建立档案资料信息库,加强档案的经济效益和社会效益,从而推动医院各项事业的发展。
