资金是企业的血液,引导着企业生存发展的方向。通过资金中心对资金流的管理,来实现对下属的监管,中心是企业的现金池,是一个企业的心脏。资金中心通过对资金的统一管理和调用,实现了对资金的集中管理,高效调用,均衡有效流动。本文重点介绍资金中心的管理的重要性必要性,以及模式的规定,实行的效果,存在的问题,以及必要的管理问题的完善和相应措施,由此来提高企业的整体效益。
Capital is the blood of enterprises, leading the direction of business survival and development.
