对105例骨科手术麻醉患者的麻醉用药,药物不良反应(ADRs)及其他不良情况(AEs)进行系统监测。105例出现ADRs者18例,29例次,ADRs发生率17.1%;出现AEs者28例,29例次,AEs发生率26.7%。18例ADRs者中以利多卡因最多(10例),布比卡因其次。ADRs表现顺序为恶心呕吐(8例次),血压降低,头晕等。AEs原因中输液反应最多,表现寒战发热多见。全部麻醉用药共20种,使用频率顺序为利多卡因(81.9%),氟芬合剂(45.7%),布比卡因(39.0%),安定(32.4%),地塞米松(23.8%),氯胺酮(6.7%)等。麻醉药使用频率单用利多卡因最多(50.5%),其次为利多卡因与布比卡因联用(25.7%)。氟芬合剂广泛辅助使用于6种麻醉方法中。本文ADRs发生率较低,认为原因是选药合理,用量适当,合理配伍及适当使用辅助药。
Anesthetic drugs, adverse drug reactions (ADRs) and other adverse events (AEs) in 105 patients undergoing orthopedic surgery were systematically monitored. Among 105 cases, ADRs were found in 18 cases and 29 cases, the incidence of ADRs was 17.1%. AEs were found in 28 cases, 29 cases, and AEs were 26.7%. Of the 18 ADRs, lidocaine was the most common (10) and bupivacaine was followed. ADRs performance order of nausea and vomiting (8 cases), blood pressure, dizziness and so on. AEs in the infusion reaction most, showing chills and fever more common. Totally 20 kinds of anesthetic drugs were used in the following order: lidocaine (81.9%), flufeniside (45.7%), bupivacaine (39.0%), diazepam (32.4%), dexamethasone Ketamine (6.7%) and so on. The frequency of use of anesthetics was highest with lidocaine alone (50.5%), followed by lidocaine plus bupivacaine (25.7%). Fluvarium is widely used in six anesthetic methods. The incidence of ADRs in this article is low, the reason is that the drug is reasonable, appropriate dosage, reasonable compatibility and appropriate use of auxiliary drugs.
